As a senior retail professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence in our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Leadership: Lead by example and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance.
  • Commercial Excellence: Own sales, wages, EBIT, expense, and trade KPI targets across the region, focusing on profitable growth and cost control.
  • Customer First: Ensure every store executes product storytelling, visual merchandising, and service standards that bring our brand to life.
  • Talent Development: Build, coach, and succession-plan for Cluster Managers and Store Managers, fostering a pipeline of future-ready leaders.

You will also be responsible for championing omnichannel execution, safeguarding stock, cash, and people, and embedding consistency across sales, operations, and compliance.
