Job Summary

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for leading and performing a retail region. The successful candidate will drive sales and revenue growth, develop customer-first teams, ensure safe operations, and execute a seamless omni-channel strategy.

  • The role involves hands-on work with Cluster Managers and Store Managers, coaching, developing, and solving problems side-by-side.
  • The leader owns store standards and customer satisfaction across the region, making decisions to protect brand experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales and revenue growth through effective cluster and store management.
  2. Develop and coach Cluster Managers and Store Managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
  3. Own and implement store standards and customer satisfaction initiatives across the region.
  4. Solve issues in the field immediately where possible, escalating only when required.
  5. Build and succession-plan for future-ready leaders.
  6. Champion Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store, and omni processes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  7. Safeguard stock, cash, and people through shrink reduction, loss prevention, WHS, and food safety standards.
  8. Embed consistency across sales, operations, and compliance, simplifying where possible.
  9. Identify retail innovation opportunities, contribute to shaping strategy, and suggest improvements that scale growth.
