Job Overview

We're seeking a proactive and highly organised professional to drive operational efficiency by coordinating schedules, managing customer communications, and supporting service operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities monthly, allocating work to resources and prioritising safety, compliance, and customer requests.
  2. Communicate with customers and stakeholders by providing ETAs, attendance details, and managing rescheduling or absenteeism promptly.
  3. Monitor technician progress, ensure accurate and complete data in ServiceMax, manage revisits, and drive backlog reduction by scheduling recovery work.
  4. Collaborate with Field and State Service Managers to review technician and subcontractor performance, identify training needs and document non-standard events.
  5. Support interdepartmental communication between departments, handle related administrative duties, and prepare maintenance reports as required.
Fundamental Qualifications
  • Experience in administration or scheduling of a field-based workforce
  • Experience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environment
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software
  • Excellent communication and customer etiquette
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
