**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled External Works Foreman to oversee soft & hard landscaping, external finishes across our project. You will play a critical role in managing on-site works, coordinating contractors, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the delivery of external works, including roads, pathways, landscaping, drainage
- Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, project specifications, quality standards
- Liaise with project managers, site managers, engineers to drive efficiency, problem-solve challenges
- Maintain a hands-on approach with strong focus on detail, deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in external structural works, soft & hard landscaping projects
- Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, paving, landscaping
- Ability to read, interpret plans, drawings, specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety, quality, efficiency
