Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Project Manager to oversee the execution of high-end architectural residential building projects from start to finish.

  • Site management of trades, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining quality standards">
  • Quality assurance, conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements">
  • Reading and interpreting architectural plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders as needed">
  • Scheduling trades, developing and managing project timelines and resource allocation plans">
  • Ordering materials, procuring necessary supplies and equipment for project execution">
  • Liaising with clients and project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner">
  • Site progress reports, maintaining accurate records of project milestones and deliverables">
  • Site inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring all personnel are aware of project risks, safety protocols, and expectations">
  • Work Health & Safety, implementing and enforcing comprehensive safety policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements: Candidates should possess relevant building qualifications and have experience working on luxury home builds, renovations, and extensions. A strong understanding of architectural plans and the ability to interpret them is essential for success in this role.
