A leading Australian freight forwarding company is seeking a skilled Export Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of export operations, including air and sea freight.

About You:

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with extensive experience in export operations, including preparation of export documentation, container packing, and liaison with customers and shipping lines. You will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export operations, including air and sea freight
  • Prepare and process export documentation
  • Coordinate container packing and loading
  • Liaise with customers, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
