The successful candidate will secure an initial 12-month contract with the option to extend, and enjoy a competitive daily rate.

This challenging role involves:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Providing step-by-step guidance to customers on resolving technical problems
  • Collaborating with the technical support team to escalate and prioritise complex issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Assisting in customer onboarding and training on ICT solutions
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and service quality

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong knowledge of information and communication technology
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
