Job Summary:

You will play a key leadership role in our Infrastructure and Operations team, ensuring the reliable, secure, and effective delivery of ICT services.

  • Leading day-to-day ICT operations including networks, cloud, Microsoft services and service desk.
  • Managing vendors and service delivery performance.
  • Coordinating major incidents and root cause analysis.
  • Driving infrastructure reliability and lifecycle management.
  • Supporting technical delivery of system upgrades and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily ICT operations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate incident response.
  • Promote infrastructure reliability.
  • Enable technical upgrade delivery.
Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Computer Science or related discipline are essential.

  • Extensive experience in ICT operations management is required.
  • Strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with government ICT frameworks and compliance is advantageous.
  • ITIL certification and eligibility for Baseline security clearance are desired.
