**Job Opportunity:** ICT Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our Digital Customer Services Branch as an ICT Support Officer.

The successful applicant will be required to provide technical support for ICT equipment and solutions to parliamentarians, their staff, and Commonwealth Parliamentary Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting ICT hardware at Australian Parliament House, Electorate Offices, and Commonwealth Parliamentary Offices.
  • Providing ICT support to Senators, Members, and their staff and other parliamentary clients.
  • Managing adds, moves, and changes (MACs) of ICT hardware for parliamentarians' offices.
  • Supporting the ICT onboarding office setup for new parliamentarians.
  • Supporting the ICT offboarding and office reset for departing parliamentarians.
  • Supporting special projects, including ICT coordination for the Leader of the Opposition and team during budget nights and federal election campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ICT asset refreshes and ICT Desktop support roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
