This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an ICT support specialist. The role involves providing first-level technical assistance, assisting with account setups, and helping users with hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to ICT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot basic issues such as password resets, account access, and device configuration.
- Log and track incidents using the ICT service management system.
- Follow standard procedures and checklists to resolve issues or escalate where necessary.
- Communicate clearly with users, explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
- Participate in training and team activities to build technical and professional skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support environment.
- Experience with logging incidents, and escalating issues appropriately.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
