**Job Summary:** Field Service Technicians are sought after in Melbourne to join a dynamic business and work on market-leading medication dispensing equipment.

**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support our VIC-based customers with installing, commissioning, fault diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance of Automated Pharmacy Dispensing products, BD ROWA, and BD Pyxis.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit professionalism always as a BD representative.
  • Plan, schedule, and communicate Preventative Maintenance visits and breakdown visits to fit in with the customers' requirements, complying with SOPs.
  • Ensure systems and maintenance schedules in designated areas are maintained.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including machine commissioning, customer training, troubleshooting, and after-hour's roster service.
  • Maintain company confidentiality and adhere to safe work practices.
  • Document all work accurately and up-to-date related to repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, performance, and electrical safety testing.

**Requirements:**
• Electronics/Computing, Trades Certificate, Engineering Certificate/Diploma or Degree.
• Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting, interpersonal skills, and time management abilities.
• Ability to complete technical repairs and upgrades to electro-mechanical equipment.
• Current driver's license.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including after-hours and weekend shifts, and be available for remote support and interstate travel on short notice.
