**Job Title:** Service Technician/Installer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician/Installer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth installation and maintenance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for commercial and industrial equipment
  • Install and commission equipment to meet customer requirements
  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth initiatives

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A VIC Restricted or Full Electrical Licence
  • A Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in electrical and mechanical trades
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
