Client Services Coordinator Role

About the Position

  • This role involves being the primary point of contact for new incoming clients, handling initial fact-finds, assessing client enquiries based on legal principles, and allocating solicitors to clients accordingly.
  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to paralegals and lawyers as needed, ensuring seamless case progression and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough client interviews to gather necessary information and provide expert advice.
  • Review client files to identify potential issues and escalate concerns to senior staff members as necessary.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including solicitors, paralegals, and other support staff, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar role or relevant industry sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
