">- Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring injured workers receive correct entitlements.
- Prioritize workflow to meet key timeframes and provide seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for NSW employers.
- Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements on behalf of iCare.
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders.
- Prioritising workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management.
- Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills – ability to listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively.
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations.
- The ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions.
- Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded.
- Allied Health background? That's a bonus.
