  • Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for NSW employers.
  • Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements on behalf of iCare.
  • Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders.
  • Prioritising workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management.
  • Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills – ability to listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively.
  • A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded.
