Our client is a relatively young law firm that has doubled their workflow in the past year. They specialise in personal injury matters including workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and superannuation claims. The Role

As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you'll play a key role in supporting solicitors with case preparation, client communication, and administrative tasks. You'll be part of a close-knit team that values compassion, excellence, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with file management and preparation of legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and insurers.
  • Conduct legal research and support case strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
About You
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in personal injury law (or similar legal support role).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic approach to client care.
  • Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
