Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and strategically minded individual to join our Board as a Director – People & Culture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction of the organisation, ensuring effective governance and supporting the performance and development of the CEO.
  • Contribute to the formulation and oversight of strategic plans, business operations, and organisational policies, with a particular focus on people and culture.
  • Attend approximately 11 Board meetings, and other special meetings as may be called, and serve on at least one Board committee per year.
  • Participate in relevant learning and development, and attend monthly conference calls for management, financial reporting, and general compliance issues.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and networking on behalf of the organisation, and identify skills required by the Board and potential candidates for Board positions.

  • A commitment to attending meetings and participating in relevant activities.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of Board and organisational policies.
  • Strong governance and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
