We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role

  • Coach and inspire therapists to excel in sales and deliver an outstanding Laser Clinics Experience.

  • Showcase expertise in skin, LED, laser, and Skinstitut treatments, ensuring high-quality results for clients.

  • Develop and enhance product knowledge among team members, promoting specialist skills and services.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive a memorable experience.

  • Support operations, including rostering, banking, and end-of-day procedures, to maintain a smooth-running clinic.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience or potential: We welcome candidates with a track record of leadership or those who possess the drive and capability to step into a management role.

  • Formal qualification in Beauty (Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).

  • Demonstrated expertise as a therapist with a strong passion for the beauty industry.

  • Strong customer service and sales skills focused on achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
