We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Practitioner Accommodation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, promoting their independence, and advocating for their individual needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for their individual needs.
  • Deliver personalized support by assisting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Monitor the well-being of clients and report on their progress.
  • Transport clients in our wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our clients.
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
