We are seeking an experienced and skilled Community Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key support function in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services.

Job Description

The Community Care Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to our teams, coordinating requests and inquiries, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in our systems and databases.

You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests. Your strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a full-time position located in Bundaberg. The successful candidate will have excellent time-management skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including coordination of requests and inquiries
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in our systems and databases
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests from internal and external customers
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (highly regarded)
  • Great time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and database applications
  • Confidence with smartphone and digital devices or willingness to learn
