Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to support the delivery of our Community Care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate different teams within each neighbourhood
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries efficiently
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
  • Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
  • Organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
  • Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases
Requirements:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (highly regarded)
  • Great time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Confidence with smartphones and digital devices or willingness to learn
