About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft partners and customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and partners to ensure successful adoption and implementation of Microsoft solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft sales, preferably with the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program and channels.
  • Deep technical understanding of Microsoft Partner ecosystem and solutions (Azure, Modern Workplace, Business Solutions and Security).
  • Appropriate and current certifications, including Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900) and AI Fundamentals (AI 900).
  • Intermediate to advanced software skills, including MS Office suite and CRM systems.
  • Superior communications skills and ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external customers/vendors.
