Job Title: Construction Solutions Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to play a key role in the success of our Construction Solutions portfolio. Our portfolio connects the office, trailer, and field, enabling customers to move through each phase of a building's lifecycle—from design and preconstruction to construction, turnover, and operations—with the best solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. They will be customer-focused, a team player, and passionate about a sales career with a market-leading construction technology company.

The successful candidate will help us achieve our growth goals across the ANZ region by working with the sales team to identify top-priority accounts, researching and identifying potential customers for our Construction Solutions, and building a high volume of outbound prospecting calls to potential clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers for our Construction Solutions
  • Building a high volume of outbound prospecting calls to potential clients
  • Conducting discovery sessions to learn about the businesses of each prospect
  • Educating potential clients about the benefits of our Construction Solutions product suite
  • Scheduling qualified meetings with prospects for your Account Executive(s)

Additional qualifications include experience in an outbound or cold-calling sales environment, knowledge of the construction industry, and proficiency in Salesforce and multiple prospecting tools.
