Workplace Relations Lawyer

Workplace relations employment lawyers are required to draft, review and advise on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures is a key aspect of the role.
- The team handles a wide variety of matters, including high-stakes litigation, strategic advisory work and compliance projects for major clients across diverse industries.
- Advising on complex industrial relations and enterprise bargaining negotiations is also a critical component of the job.
- Providing strategic advice on workplace issues such as performance management, grievances and terminations is essential.
- The lawyer will be responsible for interpreting legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and associated regulations.
- The team provides support for litigation matters involving unfair dismissal, general protections and contractual disputes.
The successful candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legislation and provide clear advice.
