We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Support Engineer to join our Melbourne Service Centre Team.

The successful candidate will be based in Abbotsford and will require travel between customer sites in Metro and regional VIC, as well as phone-based support work in our Abbotsford office.

The role involves providing onsite and remote incident resolution, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting remote resolver teams with activities that require physical presence
  • Creating knowledgebase articles and process documents
  • Reducing incident volume through proactive problem management
  • Deploying new infrastructure and acting as the key technical representative of bA managed services
  • Setup and configuration of new devices and software
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware

We operate a flexible 4-day office/onsite schedule with 1 day of work from home on Wednesdays.
