The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Technical Support Specialist to join our Melbourne Service Centre Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients, resolving complex technical issues related to macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware.
  • Assist remote resolver teams with activities that require physical presence, creating knowledgebase articles and process documents to reduce incident volume.
  • Collaborate with the projects team to deploy new infrastructure and act as the key technical representative of blueAPACHE managed services.
  • Setup new PCs, phones, and mobile devices according to clients' documented processes and install pre-approved desk-side software.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong technical expertise in macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
