**Your New Role**:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead - Specialist Care, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with the business and People Leaders to support current and future resource planning, recruitment service delivery and strategic sourcing for a Residential Communities (Residential Aged Care) portfolio.

**Your New Role**:

- Engaging with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to successfully deliver key resourcing requirements aligned to business needs and demand forecasts
- Manage all relationships and utilisation of recruitment agency panel partners in adherence with Australian Unity agreements and protocols
- Delivery of training to Hiring Managers to develop and coach their recruiting capability and skills around our TA processes and interviewing and assessment
- Acting as an advocate and brand ambassador to communicate Australian Unity's employment brand (EVP) to develop our reputation as an Employer of Choice

**About You**:
**Does this sound like you?**
- Demonstrated talent acquisition experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles - Agency and/or Internal Recruitment experience welcomed
- Previous experience recruiting across varied roles and levels including Care, Administration and Specialist roles
- Proven ability to leverage sourcing and talent pool development opportunities
- Proficient with and capable using direct sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and SEEK Premium Talent Search.
