
Senior Asset Recovery Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and organized individual to join our growing Recovery and Restructuring practice on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will be acting on behalf of multiple lenders on secured and unsecured recovery matters. The work is fast-paced and requires strong management skills as you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of files. You will also work closely with lawyers in the team, focusing on compliance and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing files from start to finish;
- Preparing and issuing legal documents, including statutory notices and court documents;
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communications via online portals;
- Engaging with clients via phone calls, working to resolve sensitive financial matters and find suitable arrangements;
- Collaborating with lawyers to progress matters through Courts.
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, superior drafting abilities, and attention to detail. This position demands handling a large workload while keeping your tasks up-to-date. As a team player, you will thrive in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Prior experience in law firms or similar industries is beneficial, although candidates with secured or unsecured recoveries experience will be given preference. Law students should only apply if they have at least 2 years left on their degree.
