ANZ Field Service Coordination Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a team of skilled field service coordinators to partner with the field teams in delivering on customer's maintenance requirements.
- Lead key stakeholders to deliver a future state operating model for field service coordination - Planning, Scheduling & Dispatch.
- Assume project leadership for each FSC project to ensure deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop new systems or processes required to support the new ways of working.
- Develop detailed policies, standards, processes, and training plans to drive transformation and sustain change.
- Work with shared services to implement monitoring and reporting tools needed to track performance and sustain change.
- Deliver high-performance outcomes that meet agreed service levels and customer expectations.
- Identify risks or issues impacting FSC delivery and recommend mitigation strategies or process changes.
- Maintain a system of end-to-end health check metrics to inform all parties of their performance against standard and remediation actions required.
- Support planning, scheduling, and dispatching activities as needed to achieve required delivery standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field service coordination and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
