About the Role
Our Wellbeing and Safety function helps people work together to create a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace.
As a Wellbeing and Mental Health Specialist for Wellbeing and Safety, you will be responsible for the delivery of subject matter expertise in workplace mental health, including psychosocial risk and employee wellbeing.
The role will require you to think strategically, to analyse and interpret data around wellbeing and safety and talent and culture and will also require that your output reflects ANZ's culture & values on diversity, inclusion and corporate responsibilities. You will be working in an agile way within the Wellbeing and Safety function.

Role Type: 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?
Your key responsibilities will include:
Development of wellbeing and mental health programs, tools, and resources to support ANZ's Wellbeing and Safety strategy.
Support the business by providing specialist advice, targeted interventions and upskilling on managing psychosocial risks.
Support the delivery of presentations on a range of different wellbeing topics, including implementation of global wellbeing events which will include engaging providers, developing communications and event co-ordination.
Work with a range of wellbeing providers, ensuring the right support is delivered in a timely way to the business.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or a related discipline (essential)
Experience working in workplace mental health and/or wellbeing and safety roles at large, multi-site businesses (preferred)
Strong knowledge of legislative requirements relating to psychosocial risk
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiating, influencing, consulting and coaching skills with a strong ability to work as part of a team, and experience managing a range of different stakeholders
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
