We are seeking an experienced technical professional to support our busy Metro Field Service Team. The role involves working closely with coordinators and technicians to schedule and execute service and repair works for Caterpillar machinery across Melbourne.

This is a full-time permanent position that requires strong technical ability and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and value.

The key to success in this role is the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads to ensure timely delivery of services to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating field service activities
  • Coordinating logistics and transportation of equipment and personnel
  • Managing customer relationships and expectations
