Chief Asset Strategist

The role focuses on delivering asset care and planning to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. This involves implementing and continuously improving maintenance systems, processes, and procedures to meet production volume requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and executing inspection and maintenance work with the maintenance team and external contractors to support reliable delivery to customers.
- Ongoing improvement in plant availability and efficiency, working with the Operations team.
- Planning and control of capital works on a long-term basis.
- Managing staff and stakeholders for effective delivery of maintenance and capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance management and planning, people management, and exposure to industrial businesses.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems, including Maximo, for annual plan development, budgeting, trend analysis, and improvement planning.
- Maintenance and spare parts vendor management.
- Project management expertise.
- Influencing various stakeholders.
