We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planner with a degree in Financial Planning to join our team. This role offers flexibility to work from either our Newcastle or East Maitland offices, providing clients with personalized financial advice while benefiting from a collaborative network of accountants and tax specialists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Strategy Development: Analyze clients' unique financial circumstances to develop comprehensive plans that include investment management, retirement planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Superannuation and Investment Advice: Advise on superannuation and investment strategies, including risk-adjusted portfolio management to support clients' financial growth and stability.
  • Retirement and Insurance Planning: Develop tailored retirement solutions to secure long-term financial independence, and provide advice on insurance products to protect clients and their assets.
  • Ongoing Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships, conducting regular reviews and proactive adjustments to strategies based on clients' evolving goals and market trends.
  • Integrated Service Collaboration: Work closely with our accounting and tax teams to ensure clients receive holistic financial support, aligning financial planning strategies with tax efficiencies and business goals.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A degree in Financial Planning with industry qualifications such as CFP or FASEA compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, legislative requirements, and regulatory standards within the Australian financial landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships, with a commitment to ongoing client support and satisfaction.
  • Strong ethical grounding and dedication to upholding industry compliance and best practices.
