Role Overview

The Sustainability Manager – Climate role is a vital position within NGM Group, where you will lead our climate strategy and decarbonisation initiatives. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in this field.


You will be responsible for developing and implementing NGM Group's climate action/transition plan, monitoring progress towards climate goals, and identifying opportunities for emissions reduction and operational improvement. You will also oversee the collection and analysis of data related to carbon footprint assessments and ensure that solutions implemented are practical, commercial, and aligned with organisational direction.


As a key member of the Sustainability team, you will contribute to the development of strategies and projects aimed at improving our environmental performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to advance climate objectives and provide expert advice to senior leadership on climate risks and opportunities.
