Job Role: Dental Team Member
As a key member of our dental care team, you will provide essential support to our dental practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care.
We offer a range of dental services including preventive dental care, major dental care, and cosmetic dental care, catering to both adults and children.
- Welcome and orient patients to our practice, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage patient schedules, coordinate appointments, and process payments with precision.
- Collaborate with patients to ensure they adhere to prescribed treatment plans, fostering trust and open communication.
- Assist dental professionals during various procedures, providing meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare for dental surgeries, arranging instruments and medications with ease.
- Maintain strict infection control standards, adhering to established protocols.
- Sanitize and sterilize instruments after use, upholding the highest standards of hygiene.
- Update patient records electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle and prepare dental materials used in treatments with care.
- Organize, handle, and transfer instruments seamlessly during dental procedures.
- Expose, process, and catalog radiographs (X-rays) with precision.
- Photograph oral structures both externally and internally with clarity.
This full-time role requires commitment Monday through Saturday, excluding Wednesdays.
To be successful, candidates must possess:
- Qualifications: Holding a Certificate II, III, or higher qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of one year's experience in a related field is preferred.
