Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, this position demands a mature and professional demeanor coupled with outstanding communication abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning the interiors and exteriors of company vehicles as needed.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of buses, including seats, floors, ceilings, windows, and dashboard areas.
  • Ensuring the workshop lunchroom and changing facilities, including restrooms, are kept clean.
  • Tidying the office area, including carpets, desks, emptying office bins, and restrooms, including the driver's room.
  • Implementing quality control measures to uphold fleet presentation standards, especially regarding internal cleanliness, graffiti removal, and external bus appearance.
  • Performing miscellaneous tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management skills with the motivation to complete tasks.
  • Good organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to perform general labor tasks that are physical and manual in nature.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Willingness to follow directions and a keen attention to detail.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • A valid Australian driver's license issued by the relevant State.
