Job Title: Inclusive Employment Services Manager

About the Role:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Inclusive Employment Services Manager to lead a team of Employment Consultants in delivering high-quality, person-centred services. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of employment services for individuals with mental health conditions.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation, quality, and compliance in employment services.
  • Built strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
