Job Description

This role will see you work across multiple teams, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes. You'll have expertise in full program lifecycle management, from scoping to execution and benefits realisation, with a focus on risk management and delivery.

You'll also be responsible for overseeing complex programs, ensuring projects stay on track despite challenges. Your experience in resolving delivery issues, keeping projects aligned with goals, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals
  • Oversee complex programs, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executive-level presentations and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced skills in methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, with relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, ScrumMaster)
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and frameworks for managing large, complex programs
  • Experience in identifying, mitigating, and managing program risks and issues
  • Skilled in preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and performance dashboards
