Project Management Office Lead

This is a critical leadership role within our organisation, responsible for establishing and maintaining project management best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • □ Establish and maintain project management best practices to ensure consistent governance and delivery of strategic projects.
  • □ Provide leadership in project oversight, risk management, resource allocation, and overall execution.
  • □ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • □ Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • □ Proven experience in PMO leadership, managing complex programs and projects.
  • □ Strong background in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).
  • □ Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • □ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  • □ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
