Digital Program Delivery Manager

Job Opportunity:
A collaborative leader is required to drive the successful delivery of digital projects across a regulatory agency. This role demands strategic planning, proactive risk management, and effective stakeholder engagement to achieve lasting and practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, promoting professional growth and encouraging a solutions-oriented approach.
- Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to scope, and efficient resource allocation.
- Support project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate team efforts to achieve project objectives.
- Evaluate project alignment and outcomes, resolving conflicts or roadblocks promptly to maintain project momentum.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital programs or projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in using project management tools.
- Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing multiple, complex digital projects from inception through to completion.
