As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with participants to explore their career aspirations, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. You'll understand their strengths and goals, offer tailored guidance, link them to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
- Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
- Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
- Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
- Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
- Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
- Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
- Promote our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
- Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
- Champion our organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
About You
You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services. You're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
- Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Driver's License - essential
