Senior Nursing Operations Manager

Key Position Overview:
The Director of Nursing Relief Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the operational and professional nursing leadership for Remote Health Services.
As a key member of the team, you will provide contemporary leadership that influences clinical and corporate governance, coordinates service delivery, human resource management, and fiscal operations to deliver safe, quality, effective, and efficient healthcare provision.
- Mandatory requirements include a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
- A C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also required.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to specific diseases.
- A period of probation may apply.
Benefits Package:
- A competitive base salary range between $152,448 and $163,311 p.a. (Nurse Grade 9).
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.

Additional Incentives:
- 2 return airfares p.a. (inc. spouse/dependents) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with recreation leave; 5 weeks p.a. with a 17.5% loading/bonus.
- Staff accommodation (if eligible) or a private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months.
