At NextSense, our mission is to provide holistic services for individuals with vision or hearing loss across Australia. Our team supports newborns through to people over 90 years old, helping children who are blind or have low vision develop the skills and independence to explore their world.

The Role

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Campaign and Appeals Manager to join us in growing our Individual Giving Portfolio through innovative approaches. This permanent full-time role will involve creating campaigns for Appeals and Regular-Giving, undertaking regular financial reporting and analysis, developing a donor care and communications strategy, managing internal and external relationships, and seeking continuous improvement and optimisation.

We're looking for someone with expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective campaigns to drive donations, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to grow our Individual Giving Portfolio
  • Design and execute compelling campaigns for Appeals and Regular-Giving
  • Prepare and analyse accurate financial reports to inform our fundraising efforts
  • Develop a donor care and communications strategy to build strong relationships with our supporters
  • Manage internal and external relationships to support our fundraising goals
