We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our team at Starship Children's Health. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering discrete projects that focus on improving services for patients, whānau and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work strategically with services, other improvement specialists and across programmes of work to deliver projects that improve equity, efficiency and standard of care across Starship Child Health.
  • Deliver projects, service reviews and improvement initiatives that uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and Ōritetanga (equity).
  • Mitigate existing bias and promote Māori health equity in all aspects of programme and project work.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary clinical qualification
  • Project management qualification and 2+ years project management experience
  • Postgraduate qualification in management an advantage
  • Change management experience within the healthcare sector
