Frontline Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Frontline Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Phone and Email Support: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating databases accordingly.
  • Task Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in Microsoft Office Suite and learn new software systems as part of our training program.
