This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the right person to lead and mentor a team of employment coaches, deliver high-quality support to participants with complex barriers, and contribute to site performance.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role, with a strong track record of supporting people with disability into meaningful employment. They will be able to guide service delivery in collaboration with the employment service area manager and provide tailored, person-centered support to participants with complex barriers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of employment coaches to deliver high-quality support
  • Guide service delivery in collaboration with the employment service area manager
  • Support participants with complex barriers to achieve meaningful employment
  • Contribute to site performance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role
  • A deep understanding of challenges faced by participants with complex barriers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A mature, proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Qualifications in employment services, community services, or a related field (or willingness to complete a formal qualification)
