Lead Transaction Advisor

We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as Lead Transaction Advisors. As a key member of our Deal Advisory practice, you will be responsible for leading complex transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Transaction Services, Valuations, and Turnaround & Restructuring.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading deal execution teams to deliver successful transactions
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on transaction-related matters
  • Developing and implementing transaction strategies to achieve client goals

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field
  • Diversified experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Debt Advisory, preferably within a Big 4 firm or investment banking/boutique firm
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and partnerships with clients
