As our People and Culture Manager – Oceania, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Oceania leadership team while leading all aspects of the HR function across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the HR function across Australia and New Zealand, building people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team, ensuring HR is a driver of performance and transformation.
  • Shape and deploy recruitment, onboarding, and talent development strategies that attract and grow great people.
  • Oversee performance management, compensation practices, succession planning, and workforce planning activities.
  • Manage key industrial relations processes, including union engagement and labour agreements.
Requirements:
  • A degree or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HR, with strong leadership exposure and proven business partnering experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing and unionized environment, ideally in a small to medium-sized organisation.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading transformation, organisational design, and change management.
  • Payroll oversight experience and strong understanding of employment law and industrial relations in Australia and New Zealand.
