About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team at TPG Telecom Group. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a vital role in providing strategic advice and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective legal advice to our business units on a range of commercial and corporate matters.
  • Lead complex legal negotiations and draft and review contracts and agreements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our senior management team and provide guidance on legal and regulatory issues.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support the growth and development of our business.
  • Collaborate with our internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a corporate lawyer or in-house counsel.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law, including contract law and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
