About the Role

As a Senior Corporate Counsel, you will play a vital role in providing strategic legal advice and support to our business leaders. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering timely and effective legal advice on complex commercial transactions and projects
  • Leading negotiations and drafting contracts to protect our interests
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and mitigate risks
  • Mentoring and developing junior lawyers to drive engagement and excellence
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional with:

  • A minimum of 6 years PQE (or equivalent)
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong contract drafting and advisory skills
  • The ability to strategically apply legal and regulatory knowledge to protect and enhance commercial interests
