Job Title: Senior Corporate Counsel

TPG Telecom Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in providing strategic advice and guidance to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective legal advice to support business growth and development
  • Lead complex legal negotiations and contract management
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risk and protect the company's interests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers and legal professionals
Requirements:
  • Legally qualified with a current practicing certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years PQE (or equivalent)
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong contract drafting and advisory skills
  • Ability to strategically apply legal and regulatory knowledge
